Segunda division (Week 20) : Las Palmas beats Zaragoza 5-3
SPAIN, Jan. 11, 2015 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 20: Two wins in a row for Las Palmas. After their 0-2 win against Barcelona B on January 3, Los Amarillos continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 5-3 victory over Zaragoza this Sunday.
Araujo scored dual goals
Araujo opened the score in the 10th minute, before seeing Zaragoza catch up in the 15th minute thanks to Pedro. 1-1 at half time. Los Amarillos eventually won the game in the second period with four more goals by Aleman ('48), Silva ('56), Araujo ('62) and Mesa ('87).
UD Las Palmas remains in first place with 42 points from 20 games, a 5-point lead over runner-up Real Sporting de Gijon, which has a game in hand.
