Segunda division (Week 24) : Alcorcon draw 2-2 with Mirandés
SPAIN, Feb. 7, 2015 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 24: The match between Alcorcon and Mirandés ended in a 2-2 draw on Saturday.
Mirandés players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Carnicer in the 8th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, and despite Vera goal ('67) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Alcorcon with goals by Plano ('73) and Mayor ('86).
CD Mirandés remains in 8th place with 33 points from 24 games, 2 points behind SD Ponferradina, which has a game in hand.
