SPAIN, May. 20, 2015 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 39: Two wins in a row for Mallorca. After their 1-2 win against Numancia on May 16, Los Bermellones continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 1-0 victory over Ponferradina this Wednesday.
45 minutes of play and neither Mallorca nor Ponferradina have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Pereira on penalty in the 75th minute.
SD Ponferradina remains in 9th place with 53 points from 39 games, tie on points with Deportivo Alavés, which has a game in hand.
