Segunda division (Week 40) : Albacete defeats Mallorca 4-2
SPAIN, May. 24, 2015 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 40: Two wins in a row for Albacete. After their 2-3 win against Llagostera on May 21, El “Queso Mecánico” continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 4-2 victory over Mallorca this Sunday.
Two goals for both sides during the first half, Brandon (8e) and Fofo (17e) for Albacete, Samu (35e on penalty) and Keko (36e) for Mallorca. After the break, El “Queso Mecánico” settled the issue with two additional goals by Chumbi ('80) and Moutinho ('90).
Albacete Balompié climbed to 14th place with 50 points from 40 games, only one point behind CD Numancia.
