SPAIN, May. 31, 2015 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 41: Three wins in a row for Girona. After their success against Alavés and Llagostera, the Blanquivermells continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 1-0 victory over Mallorca this Sunday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Sandaza in the 77th minute.
Girona FC remains in second place with 81 points from 41 games, 3 points behind Real Betis.
