Segunda division (Week 17) : Cordoba beats Llagostera 2-0
SPAIN, Dec. 12, 2015 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 17: Three wins in a row for Cordoba. After their success against Real Oviedo and Girona, Los Califas continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 2-0 victory over Llagostera this Saturday.
Cordoba dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Xisco in the 32nd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Califas further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Perez Victor in stoppage time.
Cordoba CF remains in first place with 33 points from 17 games, a 3-point lead over runner-up Deportivo Alavés.
