SPAIN, Dec. 12, 2015 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 17: After their 0-0 draw against Tenerife on December 5, Los Franjiverdes bounced back with a 1-0 victory over Girona this Saturday.
All the action happened in the first half, with Leon Sergio goal on penalty in the 17th minute.
Elche CF climbed to 12nd place with 23 points from 17 games, tie on points with CD Leganés, which has a game in hand.
