SPAIN, Jan. 3, 2016 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 19: Los Califas crashed to their 2nd consecutive defeat as they lost 2-1 against Mirandés.
Mirandés dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Salinas Nestor in the 8th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Rojillos further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Junior Lago on penalty in the 56th minute.
Cordoba CF remains in second place with 33 points from 19 games, 3 points behind Deportivo Alavés.
