Segunda division (Week 23) : Numancia beats Getafe 2-0
SPAIN, Jan. 29, 2017 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 23: After two straigth draws against Mallorca and Mirandés, Los Azulones lost 2-0 against Numancia.
Numancia dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by De Galarreta Inigo in the 16th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Numantinos further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Valcarce Pablo in the 63rd minute.
CD Numancia climbed to third place with 29 points from 19 games, 2 points behind Girona FC, which has a game in hand.
