ITALY, Oct. 19, 2014 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 7: After losing 0-4 to Lazio on October 5 and 3-0 to Empoli on October 5, the Rosanero bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Cesena this Sunday.
Palermo dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Argentine defender Paulo Dybala in the 33rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Rosanero further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by González in stoppage time.
AC Cesena are down in 15th place with 6 points from 7 games, tie on points with Empoli FC, which has a game in hand.
