Serie A (Week 23) : Cesena hold Juve to 2-2
ITALY, Feb. 15, 2015 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 23: Juventus was held to a 2-2 draw by Cesena on Sunday.
Juventus players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Morata ('27) and Marchisio ('33) while Cesena only scored once Djuric ('17). However, even though they were leading 2-1 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Cesena with a saving goal from Cesena forward Franco Brienza in the 70th minute.
Juventus remains in first place with 54 points from 23 games, a 7-point lead over runner-up AS Roma.
