Serie A (Week 23) : Inter beats Atalanta 4-1
ITALY, Feb. 15, 2015 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 23: Two wins in a row for Inter Milan. After their 3-0 win against Palermo on February 8, the Beneamata continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 4-1 victory over Atalanta this Sunday.
Fredy Guarín scored dual goals
Inter Milan dominated the first half thanks to goals from Shaqiri ('2 on penalty) and Guarín ('37). Leading 2-1 at the break, the Beneamata further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Guarín '63 and Palacio '72).
Inter Milan climbed to 9th place with 32 points from 23 games, only one point behind Palermo.
