ITALY, Apr. 12, 2015 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 30: 8 wins in a row for Lazio. After their success against Udinese, Palermo, Sassuolo, Fiorentina, Torino, Hellas Verona and Cagliari, the Biancocelesti continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 4-0 victory over Empoli this Sunday.
Lazio dominated the first half thanks to goals from Mauri ('4), Klose ('31) and Candreva ('44). Leading 3-0 at the break, the Biancocelesti further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Anderson in the 53rd minute.
Lazio climbed to second place with 58 points from 30 games, 12 points behind Juventus.
