ITALY, Apr. 15, 2015 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 25: Two wins in a row for Genoa. After their 2-0 win against Cagliari on April 11, Grifone continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 2-0 victory over Parma this Wednesday.
Genoa dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Spanish forward Iago Falqué in the 14th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Grifone further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Pavoletti in the 76th minute.
Genoa CFC are down in 7th place with 44 points from 30 games, 5 points behind UC Sampdoria.
