Serie A (Week 26) : Genoa defeats Udinese 2-1
ITALY, Feb. 21, 2016 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 26: After losing 2-1 to AC Milan on February 14, Grifone returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Udinese this Sunday.
Udinese had started off well by taking the lead in the 33rd minute with a goal by Kadhim Ali. Trailing 1-0 at half time, Grifone nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Cerci '57 on penalty and Laxait Diego '70).
Genoa CFC climbed to 14th place with 28 points from 26 games, only one point behind Atalanta BC.
