Serie A (Week 27) : Udinese beats Verona 2-0
ITALY, Feb. 28, 2016 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 27: After losing 0-1 to Bologna on February 21 and 2-1 to Genoa on February 21, the Bianconeri returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Hellas Verona this Sunday.
Udinese dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Ghanaian midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu in the 31st minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Bianconeri further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Théreau in the 56th minute.
Udinese climbed to 14th place with 30 points from 27 games, tie on points with Atalanta BC.
