Serie A (Week 35) : Samp beats Lazio 2-1
ITALY, Apr. 24, 2016 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 35: After their 0-0 draw against Sassuolo on April 20, the Blucerchiati bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Lazio this Sunday.
Lazio forward Djordjevic Filip opened the score in the 3rd minute, before seeing Sampdoria catch up in the 20th minute thanks to Fernando Lucas. 1-1 at half time. The Blucerchiati eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Diakité in the 78th minute.
Lazio remains in 9th place with 48 points from 35 games, tie on points with AC Chievo Verona.
