ITALY, Apr. 1, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 30: After their 0-0 draw against Cagliari on March 19, the Biancocelesti bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Sassuolo this Saturday.
Sassuolo forward Domenico Berardi opened the score in the 26th minute on penalty, before seeing Lazio catch up in the 42nd minute thanks to Ciro Immobile. 1-1 at half time. The Biancocelesti eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Consigli into his own net with just 7 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Lazio remains in fourth place with 60 points from 30 games, 3 points behind Napoli, which has a game in hand.
