ITALY, Apr. 1, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 30: Three wins in a row for AS Roma. After their success against Palermo and Sassuolo, the Giallorossi continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 2-0 victory over Empoli this Saturday.
Edin Džeko scored dual goals
AS Roma dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Bosnian forward Edin Džeko in the 12th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Giallorossi further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Džeko in the 56th minute.
AS Roma remains in second place with 68 points from 30 games, 5 points behind Juventus, which has a game in hand.
