Serie A (Week 35) : Lazio beats Samp 7-3
ITALY, May. 7, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 35: Three wins in a row for Lazio. After their success against Palermo and AS Roma, the Biancocelesti continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 7-3 victory over Sampdoria this Sunday.
Ciro Immobile scored dual goals
Lazio dominated the first half thanks to goals from Keita Diao ('3), Immobile ('19 on penalty), Hoedt Wesley ('36), Anderson Felipe ('38 on penalty) and De Vrij Stefan ('45). Leading 5-1 at the break, the Biancocelesti further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Lulić '65 and Immobile '70).
Lazio remains in fourth place with 70 points from 35 games, 5 points behind AS Roma, which has a game in hand.
