Serie A (Week 34) : Torino and Samp play out 1-1 draw
ITALY, Apr. 29, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 34: The match between Torino and Sampdoria ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Sampdoria players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Schick Patrik in the 12th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Torino with a saving goal from Argentine forward Juan Manuel Iturbe in the 79th minute.
Torino FC remains in 9th place with 49 points from 34 games, 6 points behind ACF Fiorentina, which has a game in hand.
