Serie A (Week 8) : Bologna defeats SPAL 2-1
ITALY, Oct. 15, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 8: Three wins in a row for Bologna. After their success against Sassuolo and Genoa, the Rossoblu continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 2-1 victory over SPAL this Sunday.
Bologna dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Andrea Poli in the 30th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Rossoblu further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Salamon into his own net in the 49th minute.
Bologna FC 1909 climbed to 7th place with 14 points from 8 games, tie on points with UC Sampdoria, which has a game in hand.
