ITALY, Oct. 15, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 8: After losing 1-0 to Inter Milan on September 30 and 0-1 to Bologna on September 30, Grifone returned to winning ways with a 3-2 victory over Cagliari this Sunday.
Genoa dominated the first half thanks to goals from Galabinov Andrey ('8) and Taarabt ('35). Leading 2-0 at the break, Grifone further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Rigoni in the 75th minute.
Cagliari remains in 14th place with 6 points from 8 games, tie on points with Udinese.
