Serie A (Week 10) : Fiorentina beats Torino 3-0
ITALY, Oct. 25, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 10: Three wins in a row for Fiorentina. After their success against Udinese and Benevento, the Viola continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 3-0 victory over Torino this Wednesday.
Fiorentina dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Marco Benassi in the 29th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Viola further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Simeone Giovanni '66 and Babacar '75/penalty).
ACF Fiorentina climbed to 7th place with 16 points from 10 games, only one point behind UC Sampdoria, which has a game in hand.
