Serie A (Week 11) : Torino defeats Cagliari 2-1
ITALY, Oct. 29, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 11: After losing 0-1 to AS Roma on October 25 and 3-0 to Fiorentina on October 25, Il Toro returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Cagliari this Sunday.
Cagliari midfielder Barella Nicolo opened the score in the 30th minute, before seeing Torino catch up in the 40th minute thanks to Iago Falqué. 1-1 at half time. Il Toro eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Obi Joel in the 66th minute.
Torino FC climbed to 9th place with 16 points from 11 games, tie on points with AC Milan.
