ITALY, Oct. 29, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 11: After losing 3-2 to Inter Milan on October 24, the Blucerchiati bounced back with a 4-1 victory over Chievo this Sunday.
Torreira Lucas scored dual goals
Sampdoria dominated the first half thanks to goals from Linetty Karol ('20), Torreira Lucas ('26) and Zapata Duvan ('44). Leading 3-1 at the break, the Blucerchiati further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Torreira Lucas with just 6 minutes remaining in regulation time.
UC Sampdoria remains in 6th place with 20 points from 10 games, 4 points behind AS Roma.
