Serie A (Week 12) : Crotone beats Bologna 3-2
ITALY, Nov. 4, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 12: Two wins in a row for Crotone. After their 2-1 win against Fiorentina on October 29, the Pitagorici continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 3-2 victory over Bologna this Saturday.
Ante Budimir scored dual goals
Bologna had started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Verdi ('38, '45), while Crotone only scored once Budimir ('42). Trailing 2-1 at half time, the Pitagorici nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Trotta Marcello '68 on penalty and Budimir '70).
Bologna FC 1909 remains in 12nd place with 14 points from 12 games, one point behind AC Chievo Verona, which has a game in hand.
