Serie B (Week 28) : Cittadella beats Trapani 3-2
ITALY, Feb. 28, 2017 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 28: After losing 1-3 to Avellino on February 24 and 4-1 to Brescia on February 24, Citta returned to winning ways with a 3-2 victory over Trapani this Tuesday.
Trapani had started off well by taking the lead in the 34th minute with a goal by Coronado Igor. Trailing 1-0 at half time, Citta nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Chiaretti Lucas '53, Iunco Antimo '82 and Iori Manuel '90 on penalty).
AS Cittadella climbed to 6th place with 42 points from 28 games, only one point behind FC Bari 1908.
