RECIFE, Jun. 23, 2014 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 : Mexico defeated Croatia by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 0-0), in a World Cup group stage game on Monday afternoon at the Arena Pernambuco in Recife.
45 minutes of play and neither the Mexicans nor the Croatians have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with goals by Márquez ('72), Guardado ('75) and Hernández ('82).
