GERMANY, Dec. 21, 2014 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 17: The match between SC Freiburg and Hannover 96 ended in a 2-2 draw on Sunday.
SC Freiburg players started off well by taking the lead thanks to SC Freiburg midfielder Mike Frantz in the 45th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, and despite Kempf goal ('81) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Hannover 96 with goals by Leonardo Bittencourt ('83) and Joselu ('90).
Hannover 96 remains in 8th place with 24 points from 17 games, 2 points behind TSG 1899 Hoffenheim.
