Bundesliga (Week 18) : Bayern Munich beats HSV 2-1

GERMANY, Jan. 22, 2016 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 18: Three wins in a row for Bayern Munich. After their success against FC Ingolstadt and Hannover 96, the Bavarians continued their sensational form in the Bundesliga with a 2-1 victory over Hamburger SV this Friday.

Robert Lewandowski scored dual goals

Bayern Munich dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Polish forward Robert Lewandowski in the 37th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Bavarians further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Lewandowski in the 61st minute.

Bayern Munich remains in first place with 49 points from 18 games, a 11-point lead over runner-up Borussia Dortmund, which has a game in hand.
