GERMANY, Sep. 16, 2017 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 4: After losing 2-0 to Hoffenheim on September 9, the Bavarians returned to winning ways with a 4-0 victory over Mainz this Saturday.
Robert Lewandowski scored dual goals
Bayern Munich dominated the first half thanks to goals from Müller ('11) and Robben ('23). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Bavarians further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Lewandowski '50, '77).
Bayern Munich climbed to second place with 9 points from 4 games, only one point behind Hannover 96.
