Championship (Week 28) : Preston and Ipswich play out 1-1 draw
ENGLAND, Jan. 28, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 28: The match between Preston and Ipswich Town ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Ipswich Town players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Ipswich Town midfielder Tom Lawrence in the 16th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Preston with a saving goal from Hugill Jordan in the 89th minute.
Preston North End FC climbed to 10th place with 41 points from 28 games, 2 points behind Derby County FC, which has a game in hand.
