ENGLAND, Jan. 28, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 28: Two wins in a row for Barnsley. After their 3-2 win against Leeds United on January 21, the Tykes continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 1-0 victory over Rotherham United this Saturday.

45 minutes of play and neither Barnsley nor Rotherham United have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Barnsley forward Adam Armstrong in the 70th minute.

Barnsley FC climbed to 7th place with 44 points from 28 games, only one point behind Sheffield Wednesday FC, which has a game in hand.
