Championship (Week 8) : Bristol City defeats Derby County 4-1
ENGLAND, Sep. 16, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 8: After their 3-3 draw against Wolverhampton Wanderers on September 12, the Robins returned to winning ways with a 4-1 victory over Derby County this Saturday.
Derby County had started off well by taking the lead in the 27th minute with a goal by Czech forward Matěj Vydra on penalty. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Robins nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring four times in the second period (Woodrow '50, Reid Bobby '55 on penalty, Paterson '83 and Diedhiou '90).
Bristol City FC climbed to 8th place with 13 points from 8 games, only one point behind Middlesbrough FC.
