ENGLAND, Sep. 16, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 8: The match between Hull and Sunderland ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Sunderland players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Sunderland forward James Vaughan in the 17th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Hull with a saving goal from Irish midfielder David Meyler in the 82nd minute.
Hull City remains in 16th place with 8 points from 8 games, one point behind Millwall FC.
