PARIS, Jun. 12, 2016 (AMP) — France 2016 : Croatia defeated Turkey by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a Euro group stage game on Sunday afternoon at the Parc des Princes in Paris.
All the action happened in the first half, with Croatian midfielder Luka Modrić goal in the 41st minute.
The result put the Croatians top of Group D with 3 points. In their next game, Croatia will meet Czech republic at the Parc des Princes on June 17, while Turkey will face Spain.
