LENS, Jun. 21, 2016 (AMP) — France 2016 : Turkey defeated Czech republic by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a Euro group stage game on Tuesday night at the Stade Bollaert-Delelis in Lens.
Turkey dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Yılmaz in the 10th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Turks further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Tufan in the 65th minute.
