Gulf Cup 2014 : UAE draw 2-2 with Kuwait

RIYADH, Nov. 17, 2014 (AMP) — Saudi Arabia 2014 : The United Arab Emirates tied 2-2 with Kuwait (halftime: 2-2), in a Gulf Cup group stage game on Monday afternoon at the Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium in Riyadh.

Two goals for both sides in the first half, Mabkhout ('18, '35) for the United Arab Emirates, Nasser ('37) and Al-Mutawa ('39) for Kuwait and none in the second.

The result put the Kuwaiti top of Group B with 4 points. UAE is second with 2 points. In their last game, Kuwait will meet third-placed Oman at the Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium on November 20, while the United Arab Emirates will face Iraq.
