La Liga (Week 3) : Sevilla beats Getafe 2-0
SPAIN, Sep. 14, 2014 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 3: Two wins in a row for Sevilla. After their 1-2 win against Espanyol on August 30, Los Sevillistas continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 2-0 victory over Getafe this Sunday.
Sevilla dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Colombian forward Carlos Bacca in the 44th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Sevillistas further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Vidal with just 3 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Sevilla FC climbed to third place with 7 points from 3 games, tie on points with Valencia CF.
