La Liga (Week 5) : Valencia defeats Cordoba 3-0
SPAIN, Sep. 25, 2014 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 5: Four wins in a row for Valencia. After their success against Malaga, Espanyol and Getafe, Los Che continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 3-0 victory over Cordoba this Thursday.
Valencia dominated the first half thanks to goals from Alcácer ('22) and Gaya ('26). Leading 2-0 at the break, Los Che further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Feghouli in the 73rd minute.
Valencia CF climbed to first place with 13 points from 5 games, tie on points with runner-up FC Barcelona.
