SPAIN, Sep. 24, 2014 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 5: The match between Eibar and Villarreal ended in a 1-1 draw on Wednesday.
Eibar players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Eibar forward Mikel Arruabarrena in the 8th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Villarreal with a saving goal from Villarreal forward Gerard Moreno in the 71st minute.
Villarreal CF are down in 7th place with 8 points from 5 games, one point behind Celta Vigo.
