SPAIN, Sep. 27, 2014 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 6: Three wins in a row for Real Madrid. After their success against Deportivo La Coruna and Elche, Los Blancos continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 2-0 victory over Villarreal this Saturday.
All the action happened in the first half, with goals from Luka Modrić ('32) and Cristiano Ronaldo ('40).
Real Madrid climbed to fourth place with 12 points from 6 games, only one point behind Sevilla FC, which has a game in hand.
