La Liga (Week 9) : Malaga beats Rayo 4-0
SPAIN, Oct. 26, 2014 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 9: Three wins in a row for Malaga. After their success against Granada and Cordoba, Los Boquerones continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 4-0 victory over Rayo Vallecano this Sunday.
Malaga dominated the first half thanks to goals from Samu ('6), Darder ('21) and Juanmi ('45). Leading 3-0 at the break, Los Boquerones further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Amrabat on penalty in the 49th minute.
Malaga CF climbed to 7th place with 15 points from 9 games, only one point behind Celta Vigo.
