SPAIN, Oct. 24, 2014 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 9: After their 1-1 draw against Athletic Bilbao on October 18, Celta returned to winning ways with a 3-0 victory over Levante this Friday.
Joaquín Larrivey scored dual goals
Celta Vigo dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Argentine forward Joaquín Larrivey in the 27th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Celta further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Larrivey '83 and Lopez '90).
Celta Vigo climbed to 6th place with 16 points from 9 games, only one point behind Atletico Madrid, which has a game in hand.
