La Liga (Week 8) : Bilbao and Celta Vigo play out 1-1 draw
SPAIN, Oct. 18, 2014 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 8: The match between Athletic Bilbao and Celta Vigo ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Athletic Bilbao players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Athletic Bilbao forward Aritz Aduriz on penalty in the 6th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Celta Vigo with a saving goal from Celta Vigo forward Nolito in the 73rd minute.
Celta Vigo remains in 6th place with 13 points from 8 games, one point behind Atletico Madrid, which has a game in hand.
