SPAIN, Oct. 19, 2014 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 8: Two wins in a row for Sevilla. After their 4-1 win against Deportivo La Coruna on October 5, Los Sevillistas continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 2-0 victory over Elche this Sunday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Bacca ('60) and Gameiro ('73).
Sevilla FC climbed to second place with 19 points from 8 games, 3 points behind FC Barcelona.
