SPAIN, Sep. 22, 2015 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 5: Two wins in a row for Espanyol. After their 2-3 win against Real Sociedad on September 19, Los Periquitos continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 1-0 victory over Valencia this Tuesday.
All the action happened in the first half, with Espanyol defender Alvarez Victor goal in the 18th minute.
RCD Espanyol climbed to 6th place with 9 points from 5 games, only one point behind Celta Vigo, which has a game in hand.
