La Liga (Week 27) : Valencia beats Malaga 2-1
SPAIN, Mar. 2, 2016 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 27: After losing 0-3 to Athletic Bilbao on February 28, Los Che returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Malaga this Wednesday.
Malaga forward Cop Duje opened the score in the 14th minute, before seeing Valencia catch up in the 41st minute thanks to Kameni Carlos own goal. 1-1 at half time. Los Che eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Cheryshev in the 49th minute.
Valencia CF climbed to 9th place with 34 points from 27 games, 2 points behind SD Eibar.
