SPAIN, Mar. 6, 2016 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 28: 11 wins in a row for Barcelona. After their success against Granada, Athletic Bilbao, Malaga, Atletico Madrid, Levante, Celta Vigo, Sporting Gijon, Las Palmas, Sevilla and Rayo Vallecano, Barca continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 4-0 victory over Eibar this Sunday.
Lionel Messi scored dual goals
Barcelona dominated the first half thanks to goals from El Haddadi Munir ('8) and Messi ('41). Leading 2-0 at the break, Barca further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Messi '76/penalty and Suárez '84).
FC Barcelona remains in first place with 72 points from 28 games, a 11-point lead over runner-up Atletico Madrid, which has a game in hand.
